These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (the “Service”), provided by the Service Owner (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, errors, or product unavailability.
Some features are offered on a subscription basis, billed automatically on a recurring cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription until payment is completed.
Free trials may be offered. Unless canceled before the trial ends, regular subscription charges will apply.
We may adjust subscription fees with reasonable prior notice.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, depending on the circumstances. Certain services or purchases may be non-refundable.
You may share content (text, images, videos, etc.) through the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by posting a notice in the app or sending an email). Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
